Answer :  

1. You must have a Gmail account

2. After you create a Gmail account then type www.blogger.com

3. Click New Blog,then at open window type your blog Title and blog Address

4. Click Create Blog

5. Now you have a new blog

6. Click Create new post and type your posting

7. Happy Blogging
