Answer :

1. Try to installed your sound driver
If you don't know what your sound driver, you can used application name 'Driver detective', after you found your sound driver name you can download and then installed

2. Check your sound cable
In some cases, the sound cable is crashes so try to check again you sound cable and make sure you put the cable in the right place

3. Check the volume
Try to check the volume, maybe the volume is in low or off, you can check at the volume setting
